Add this item to your cart to enable postage insurance on your order. If you receive a damaged item USAFoods will replace or refund it. Postage insurance does not cover lost parcels.
USAFoods.com.au may request the damaged item to be returned to sender or photographic evidence to be supplied. Once USAFoods.com.au is satisfied the damaged product has met criteria, a replacement item(s) will be shipped or refunded at our discretion. USAFoods will only replace unusable broken items that were damaged in transit. Authority to leave at premises may void postage protection.
*Postage protection does not include or effect:
- Ol' Smokey BBQs
- Dented cans, perishable items or packaging where the safety seal has not been broken
- Items where the product is still consumable (ie. Broken chocolate bars/Graham Crackers)
- Parcels sent without a signature request. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page for more information
If there is no stock available a full refund will be given. USAFoods may refund for the damaged item if postage costs to re-ship are too high. There is no refund for this item if chosen.
