PURCHASING A GIFT:
- Please put the person name and address you are sending the gift to in shipping
section
- Please make sure you put your details in the billing and credit card information
- Please indicate gift in special instructions along with any message you would
like put on the card
- Use your email address in both sections so that the tracking information comes
back to you. If you use theirs they will
receive the email
- We will mail the gift to them and the receipts to you
If you use someone else's credit card:
- Please make sure the shipping information reflects the address it is to be
shipped to
- Make sure their name is in the billing and credit card information (Sorry no
third party orders will be accepted)
- Please provide a telephone number where we may reach them as we need to verify
the card if this is the first time you are
buying from us. You can list it in special instructions
- We will then verify the card with the owner to see if OK to process (Please
see below for more information if we can not make
contact)
Trying to contact you:
- We will call and email when there is a problem with the order (expiry date,
numbers transposed, address, credit card in another persons name etc)
- We will make a second & final attempt to verify the information
- While we will always try to give the best possible customer service we cannot
continually try to reach you, if you do not call back the order will have to be
cancelled and the goods returned to stock.
Substitutions:
We will not substitute items unless you note it in special instructions.
Gift certificates - located on the web under the gift certificate section. They come in amounts of $25, $50 ot $100. Please follow the above instructions.
