We ship all of our parcels through Australia Post and Australia Post Express.
When an order is placed an estimate* of postage will be calculated according to the table below. The actual amount of postage may slightly vary (usually under the estimate).
A Handling Charge of $2.50 Applies to all orders. This ensures that your items are packed securely to avoid any damage that may happen during transit.
We don’t have flat rate postage because we want to get you the best value for your shipping. We don’t make any profit from shipping.
We make sure your package leaves our warehouse in Very good condition. This means that all products are undamaged (Unless listed) and the box has a good structural condition (as we recycle boxes).
Please note that Australia Post does not deliver above ground floor.

Express Post:
- An Estimate of postage will be calculated according to the Express Postage Cost table below. A $5.00 Fee will apply for all Express orders to push your order to the front of the queue. If you don’t want to pay this fee and let your express order wait in queue, please note in the special instructions.
- Express Parcels Cannot be insured.
- Express Parcels can be left at the door.
- Please note – There are some areas not covered by the Express Post Network. Please check the Australia Post Website to make sure your postcode is in the area.
Orders to New Zealand:
For Rates and information about shipping to New Zealand please see www.australiapost.com.au and navigate to New Zealand via the Select Country Menu. Please note there is no insurance available for orders to New Zealand. Please check with your Countries Laws regarding Customs and Quarantine as some items may be prohibited into New Zealand.
Please order with care as USAFoods will assume no responsibility for orders confiscated by New Zealand Quarantine.
