Home Delivery Times: All shipments by USAFoods are sent through Australia Post. Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays. Delivery Fee subject to change without notice. Parcel Post:
Shipping is based on your location and the weight of items in your cart. Shipping varies from each zone depending on location and distance to USAFoods' warehouse in Moorabbin. For an accurate shipping quote please place the desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. The final amount quoted is the amount that you'll pay. You'll never pay more than what you are quoted on our website. (unless you decide add items to your order after it has placed).
Express post is available for each zone across Australia. Prices vary depending on weight and distance from USAFoods' warehouse in Moorabbin, VIC. Express post orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped ASAP. International:
Please check your local food importing laws before purchasing as confiscated items from your local customs and quarantine laws will not be refunded or replaced.Delivery Times:
All standard orders will be sent within 1-7 business days of confirmation. Order wait time may vary due to: American holdiays, sales events, container arrivals. USAFoods strives to get your order shipped as soon as possible.Express

so we can service your order better.
Holiday Cutoff dates:
- Thanksgiving: November 18th.
- Christmas & NYE: December 16th.
- 4th of July: 22nd June.
Pickup option is available for local customers. There is no extra fee for picking up. Upon placing your order to be picked up please wait for a confirmation email before coming in to pick your order up. This will ensure that it is ready. Orders can be picked up during Store hours from Sunday to Monday.
Orders placed after 11am Friday to Sunday can not be picked up on the weekend.
Orders will be held for 7 days before being returned to stock. If this occurs a restocking fee of 30% of the order total will be applied. If you cannot make it to the store please contact us so we can arrange shipping or hold it longer.
shipping is inclusive of GST which is calculated in the tax column of your order. Shipping time is only an estimate from when your order has shipped. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery.

If goods are returned to us by Australia post due to an incorrectly supplied address, failure to receive the parcel or any other reasons not at fault of USAFoods – your order will be refunded excluding the shipping charge.
If you do not wish to receive with signature upon delivery, you must give authority to leave the parcel in a safe area. The goods will be left at the location on the property specified and all chain of responsibility will revert to the receiver. USAFoods will not replace or refund any goods that have an authority to leave.
Each box will not exceed 22kgs. Australia Post may not deliver to units and apartments located above the 1st floor.
Tracking your Parcel
After your order has shipped we will send an automated email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation. Using this link you can track your parcel through Australia Post’s tracking service.

Damaged and missing parcels

USAFoods does not ship any severely damaged items and assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged orders once it has been shipped.
If you would have any issues and would like us to review any damage, please provide us proof and we will review the claim within 7 days after your order is received.
USAFoods will not replace or refund any item that is lost or damaged in transit unless the order has the postage insurance option.
Each order at USAFoods has the option to enable postage insurance. Price is subject to change. To add postage insurance to your order click here
Postage insurance will guarantee that all of your items will make it to you in one piece. If your order has postage insurance USAFoods will replace or refund any item (limited to stock availability) that was broken or damaged in transit.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with photographs of the damaged item.
Authorization to leave any parcel on premises or in an non-secure location may void postage protection option. In this case you may be refunded for the postage protection option instead of the products damaged.
